Community Science Event at Marsh Park

November 18 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

The Council for Watershed Health and the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority are holding a community science “Bioblitz” at Marsh Park. A Bioblitz is an event where volunteer scientists, families, students, and other community members try to identify as many plant and animal species as possible in a given time period in a specific location. It’s a great way to connect with the great outdoors, science, and the Los Angeles River since Marsh Park is located right next to it!

Time: 1PM-4PM (Check in begins at 12:45PM)
Where: Marsh Park, 2944 Gleneden St, Los Angeles, CA 90039
